What IS Mindfulness and Mindfulness Meditation?
Mindfulness is a way of living more fully in the moment to increase awareness and be more present to what you are feeling, thinking, experiencing without judgement.
Mindfulness meditation is simply putting your attention on the movement of the abdomen while breathing in and out, or on the awareness of the breath as it goes in and out the nostrils. It is practiced sitting with eyes closed, seated comfortably on a cushion or chair, with the back straight.
